Welcome to Workers Voice Union, an independent, member-led and officially registered trade union representing workers across the United Kingdom. As a certified union listed on the UK Government’s statutory list of trade unions, we are committed to supporting workers through collective organisation, democratic participation, and the pursuit of workplace recognition. Representation
We are here to support our members when they need it most. Once formal recognition is secured with your employer, you will have access to elected workplace representatives to support you through meetings, negotiations, and collective workplace matters. Until recognition is in place, the Union provides advice and guidance only, with formal representation undertaken only where authorised and resources allow.
Rulebook
Our rule book sets out the constitutional framework of the union, including how it is governed, how decisions are made, the roles and powers of officers and representatives, and the rights and obligations of members. It ensures the union operates in a lawful, democratic, and transparent manner.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the union collects, uses, stores, and protects members’ personal data. It sets out the lawful bases for processing, members’ data-protection rights, and how the union complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
