Who Benefits?
Membership of Workers Voice Union is open to any worker in the United Kingdom, regardless of sector or occupation, in accordance with the Union’s Rule Book. This includes employees, agency workers, contractors, apprentices, trainees, and others engaged in gainful work.
The Union brings together workers from a wide range of industries and workplaces, enabling collective organisation, participation, and representation only where recognition is secured.
Our Goals
We work to secure recognition from employers at local and national levels, enabling collective representation of members through elected representatives in accordance with the Union’s Rules and applicable law.
