Founded in 2025, we are a modern, member-led trade union representing workers in every sector and every job role across the UK. We were created to meet the challenges of today's workplaces from insecure contracts and stagnant pay to intrusive surveillance and the growing influence of Al in decision-making across all industries. We were also founded to be affordable and accessible, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to representation, so more workers can have a genuine voice, particularly in today's challenging economic climate.

Our aim is simple: to strengthen the workers voice and secure meaningful recognition at both local and national levels.

One of our early landmark achievements was successfully challenging the rollout of intrusive workplace AI. After a sustained campaign against LYTX in-cab surveillance cameras in a major parcel delivery company, we achieved their removal nationwide.

This victory proved that when workers stand together, their voices can confront unfair monitoring, protect privacy, and reshape how technology is used in the workplace.
